Pre-Construction
In order to perform work right the first time, preconstruction is necessary in making sure plans and specifications are evaluated and accurate. We keep an eye on budgets to ensure the lowest costs, stay on top of schedules for timely delivery, and work closely with all team members to ensure a successful project moving in to the construction phase.
Construction
This phase begins immediately following the approval of project submittals of each subcontractors work. We continue to re-review contract drawings, specifications, scope of work, and schedule. We inspect all materials prior to installation, review site conditions, and ensure safety protocols. Working with trusted subcontractors, we keep them accountable throughout the entire build. From sequence to production and quality control, we stay focused on the goal.
Post-Construction
The last step in any build. This phase includes site cleanup, systems training, final inspections and move-in coordination. After completion, we have a final walkthrough to ensure your complete satisfaction.
